  • Can I change my order once it has been placed?

    If you realise that you have made a mistake just after confirming your order on the website, contact ORI via email on the ‘CONTACT US’ page stating your query as soon as possible. Responses will be handled any time between Monday- Friday from 9:00am until 5:30pm so changes can be made to your order before it is processed.

  • Do you test on animals?

    All of the products sold under the ORI brand consider and comply with animal and environmental standards. None of our products are tested on animals. We also promote efficient methods of sourcing, creating and selling our products and services to our customers. We will encourage our valued customers to be influenced by us in a similar manner and continue to work with us as a brand conscious of this highly important trading factor.

  • Can I order wholesale?

    For wholesale orders and requests, please email your query via the ‘CONTACT US’ page stating the nature and specifics of your request.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    You cannot cancel your order if ORI customer services inform you that it has already been processed. However, you can return the products ordered within 14 working days starting the day after the day your order was signed for and received. Before confirming your payment, you can change or cancel your order on the "Shopping bag" page during the order confirmation phase.

  • DOMESTIC

    Only orders for which the invoice and delivery addresses are in the United Kingdom, except Channel Islands, can be processed. For UK delivery your order will be processed, then dispatched by Royal Mail or UPS. Your order will reach you within 3 to 5 working days, aside from severe weather conditions and exceptional circumstances. Please note that for delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, Aberdeen and other rural areas an extra working day needs to be taken into account for the above delivery options. For these areas, delivery by the “next working day delivery” option will be on the third working day. Orders cannot be delivered to the Channel Islands or to a P.O box delivery address. You can send your order to another recipient. On the Identification/Shipping page, tick Delivery "to a different address" from the billing address and enter the required shipping address in the appropriate fields. If you would like to send a gift, choose the products, add them to your shopping bag and tick the enter the receivers shipping address in the check-out page. This is a free service.

  • INTERNATIONAL

    For international shipping orders please note that handling and delivery to addresses outside of the U.K, customs rates may apply. All orders will be processed at the same time regardless of address but may take longer to arrive dependant on the location of the individual order address. If you experience any issues while ordering from outside of the U.K please let us know as soon as possible to rectify the issue via the ‘CONTACT US’ page.
